For the period of leasing establishment in Russian Federation it’s gone through several stages of development, which were conditioned by row of special indications including level of specialization and universalization. Modeling the development of its business process each leasing company chooses the way to go in the future. For example, it might choose to develop the universalization and be able to adequately react to the changes of market demands or to choose a definite specialization and provide its clients with a good quality product in nomenclatural market niche? There’s no unique to this question. Although it means that each way has a lot of advantages and disadvantages. The results of yearly inspection showed that in this case to choose business progress way dividing in two is not quite right. The thing is that many companies were originally created specialized. Some of them with the lapse of time went the way of diversification of leasing contracts. Such a shift is normal and quite reasonable. |
