Сложившуюся на настоящий момент ситуацию на российском рынке дорожной техники можно расценивать как оттепель после долгой стагнации. В отличие от сферы жилищного и гражданского строительства, где строительный бум в полном разгаре, а продажи растут галопирующими темпами, в дорожном строительстве, видимо, все только начинается. Государством выделяются определенные средства на реконструкцию и строительство отдельных дорожных объектов, однако отсутствие полноценного финансирования дорожного строительства в России сдерживает развитие рынка дорожной техники. Значительная часть новых машин идет на замену выработавшей ресурс техники. |

The curve describing the market's capacity, year by year sharply "crept" upwards, strengthening hopes of domestic and foreign producers and sellers of loaders with revolving board in that in Russia at last on advantage they have also estimated these small universal "hard workers" who became popular in America several decades ago. За прошедший год рынок фронтальных погрузчиков продолжил демонстрировать тенденцию бурного роста. Наиболее сильно увеличился сегмент новой импортной техники, подросло отечественное производство (правда, лишь в натуральном выражении), а вот спрос на бывшие в употреблении машины из-за рубежа постепенно снижается. |

Pipe-layers has a rather narrow sphere of use - construction and repair pipe-lines. Because of it their volume sale at the background of a sale of some other types of construction and road- building equipment ( for example, excavators or front loaders) is very modest. Nevertheless, in Russia during last 5 years the segment volume of pipe-layers has considerably increased. |

As the financial outcomes for the year 2010 show, we seem to have passed the bottom point of the crisis. Though it is still too early to break out the champagne, we have some reasons for cautious optimism. Let's leave comprehensive analysis of the entire Russian economy’s performance to dedicated periodicals, and focus on the construction and road building machinery market, in particular, on one of its segments – motor graders market. |
