ESP IN LAW

European parliament adopted a rule of installation of the Electronic Stability Program (ESP) on new cars. Since November 2011 all models of motor cars and trucks registered in European Union will have to be equipped with this active safety system. Since November 2014 the law will apply to all the new cars without exception. The rule must get approval of the EU Council of Ministers.
