4 new machines enlarged the lineup of an already existing efficient TEREX FINLAY crushing and screening equipment. The 984 plant is fitted with the CEDARAPIDS 6203 horizontal screen with 20 x 6’ 4” (11.59 m²)Deck Size (6.1m x 1.93m). The key feature of this machine is a high vibration amplitude of 20 mm and an elliptic trajectory of the screen. A Triple Shaft 3 Deck Screen drive with cams enables changing the angle of attack from 30 to 600. The C-1540 tracked mobile Cone Crusher has already proven high efficiency and received RS index that is meant for pre-screening through a highly efficient double deck screen mounted on the main conveyor and through a lateral return conveyor. The screen can be easily released for easier maintenance and repair works. The lateral conveyor and an optionally installed additional conveyor enable using the Ñ-1540RS as an independent crushing-and-sorting complex  for receiving three fractions.    The J-1185 jaw crusher with a  12 m3 receiving hopper  has a high-production Jaques 3054 (1370õ762 mm) chamber and an independent pre-screen  as an option to effectively  remove  fine material before the screening chamber. The main 1400 mm wide conveyor provides a discharge height of  4,500 mm.  The screen power block  is mounted on the  Caterpillar Ñ13  328 kW engine.   The I-130 Impact Crusher direct drive, independent hydraulic pre-screen and under crusher vibratory feeder deliver enhanced performance and efficiency that reduces downtime. It has preserved all benefits of the predecessor. An independent pre-screening option has been added like to the J-1185. All machines include an efficient electrical control panel display  with a graphic interface.
