To expand the range of products to work with bitumen and  serial production plants to make modified bitumen. Benninghoven company, Germany, has launched a bitumen emulsion plant.This equipment’s distinctive features are: locating  technological units in a standard ISO 20 feet container, compact arrangement of a control cabinet, tanks to mix acid, emulsifier and water, homogenizer, and all the necessary pumps and  fittings. The German plant capacity amounts to 4-8 t/h depending on the formula. The batching and mixing system allows production of all known kinds of emulsions including TackCoat and Slurry.
