Minsk motor Plant, the CIS leading tractor and automobile diesel engine producer, is reorganized into Minsk Motor Plant public corporation. Its registered capital makes up 285,154,795,200 Belarus rubles and comprises 64,807,908 equities. Belarus owns a 100% stake.
VTB bank granted “KamAZ” (Kama automobile Plant) public corporation a 1 billion ruble loan within a Russian carmaker support programme. These funds are directed to replenish turnover means. Crediting is carried out in compliance with a credit-documentary limit estimated at 7 billion rubles in November 2008.
“RusBusinessAuto” made a decision to stop sales of foreign used vehicles following higher currency rate and import duties.
Russian automaker “TagAZ LLC” (Taganrog automobile plant) announced plans to start production of its brand commercial vehicle with carrying capacity of 1 to 1.5 tonnes. The truck will get the name TAGAZ LC 100.
