FEDERAL-MOGUL NEW STRATEGY

The speech is about the new approach to the Federal Mogul brands positioning on the market of spear parts for engines. The goal of this approach is to make products more recognizable and to attach more value to them in customers’ perception. In the brand structure for engines only expert brands will remain:main product categories, where the widest nomenclature is concentrated, technological leadership and image on the primary market: AE® - valves and drive belts; Glyco® - liners and bushings; Goetze® - piston rings and cylinder liner; Nural® - pistons and piston sets. The new strategy will remove repetition of products under different trademarks which will make the warehousing policy easier, accelerate nomenclature renovation and cataloging.
