Green light to the recycling program?
Besides, Mr. Rakhmanov has pointed out that the final mechanism of recycling finding has not been worked out yet. Nevertheless, Ashot Arutyunyan's (director for marketing and advertizing of the "KamAZ" JSC) report included separate offers concerning the recycling program, but only for trucks with the full weight of 6-40 tons.
The program is effective for three years (2012-2014). The budget is 22 billion roubles at a rate of 7.4 billion roubles per year, including 5.2 billion on the recycling of trucks with the full weight of more than 14 tons and 2.2 billion – with the full weight of 6-14 tons. Sales volume constitutes 115 thousand vehicles (38 thousand per year, among them 19 thousand with the full weight of 6-14 tons and 19 thousand – with the full weight of over 14 tons). The amount of reimbursement payments for the replacement of an old vehicle for a new one is supposed to be at the level of 270 thousand roubles (over 14 tons) and 115 thousand roubles (6-16 tons). The program is designed for physical and legal entities and should be effective throughout the Russian Federation. The age of vehicles utilized within the program is more than 15 years, thus the owner should possess the vehicle for at least 6 months.
