High-Rise Demolition
The new model of CASE Construction for high-rise demolition had to stay in the open with cranes at Intermat’2009. It would have been impossible to set this impressive machine in the pavilion anyway. With a gracefully stretched out boom for 27.14 m it is an unsurpassed model among its analogues with a 3 t hoisting capacity. It is the second specialized model for high-rise demolition developed and produced by CASE. The machine is distinguished by a hydraulically-driven expanding chassis to ensure stability on a site and transportation convenience, an adjustable cab inclination, a reinforced frame and a modular counterweight. It is supplied with an additional boom for digging and props for both booms transportation. According to the producer, booms can be replaced in 30 minutes without oil loss due to hydraulic locks and a fast-hitching module at the boom hydraulic main. For safety measures the machine is fitted with a large level 2 FOPS and OPG integrated cab which has an additional net, turning and inclination sensors, and gate valves in case the hydraulic line is damaged. Thus high-rise demolition becomes a fast, safe and easy to perform process.
