Investing In Production
The plant with the area of 6000 m2 will be built by the beginning of the year 2012. Modern manufacturing equipment will allow to produce major components and assemblies for crushing plants which are assembled not only in Sweden but also in other countries.
The investment program also stipulates the construction of a Sandvik new spare parts warehouse there.
“In recent years Sandvik Mining and Construction has notably increased production at big plants. No matter where we produce our products, they must always be at the highest level. To a greater extent it has to do with our production in Svedala where there is a research center for creation of crushing equipment,"- said Gert Skold, the Executive Director and Vice President of Sandvik Mining and Construction.
