Ivanovs for OAO “FSK EES”

In the period from December, 2009 till April, 2010 the trading company « Ivanovo mark » will produce, within the limits of the contract with the Federal network company of the United power system, 17 truck cranes Ivanovez of high passableness ÊÑ-6973 on chassis BAZ-6909.8.
For the first time civil truck crane ÊÑ-6973Á on the automobile chassis of the Voshchina family was shown in 2002. From 2002 to 2009 there has been made more than 40 such cranes. These cranes perfectly proved themselves at work, and in 2005 the Ministry of Defence itself had ordered them. Since 2006 cranes KS-6973B-M are delivered in military execution for the needs of the defense-industrial sector of the Russian Federation.
 Truck crane ÊÑ-6973 is mounted on a special crane chassis BAZ-6909.8 (8õ8). The crane is capable of lifting cargoes to the height up to 49,4 m and to provide its moving on the extension length up to 32 m. The crane installation is equipped with a new 4-section jib of a hexagonal profile in length of 34 m and the 2-section extension piece the in length of 15 m. The working zone of the crane makes 360Î. For the improvement of cargo characteristics, the opportunity of use of a set of additional counterbalances with total weight of 8,55 ò is stipulated.
OAO « FSK EES» is the key client of the Ivanovo mark and one of the largest owners of truck cranes' park in Russia. Truck cranes ÊÑ-6973 will be delivered to Western-Siberian, Kuzbassian, Krasnoyarsky, Khakassian, Omsky, Tomsky and Transbaikalian enterprises of the Main electric networks.
The Anti-Crisis program saves Money
The factory “Tverskoy Excavator” of Gruppa Gaz realizes an anti-crisis program, which ensures that the enterprise has a financial stability in the difficult economic timing.
As a result of the program's realization the Tver excavator has saved nearby 350 million roubles and has reached the point of break-even in II half-year of 2009. For 9 months of this year the factory has lowered commercial expenses by 67 %, administrative charges – by 52 %, volumes of incomplete work – by 46 %. One of the basic directions of the anti-recessionary program is re-structuring of production spaces which at preservation of the enterprise's structure allows to reduce the expenses for producing, which means to raise the production efficiency and to have an opportunity for development of a production line. The program of re-structuring includes compression of the industrial platform, releasing of the idle areas, rational accommodation of repartitions and streams of manufacture, an effective utilization of power resources and the involved equipment. Within the limits of the program the enterprise has allocated from the production of 186 units of equipment which had been not involved in the technological chain. The manufacture of non-profile production goes to outsourcing.
On the whole, the completion of the re-structuring will help to simplify the enterprise’s organizing structure and will provide the possibility of going from three-level to two-level system of administration, as well as to upgrade the production logistics, to reduce the duration of production processes, to improve the quality of the products.
KAMAZ – the Enterprise of the Year
In December of the previous year OAO “KAMAZ” was nominated a laureate of National Award “The Enterprise of the Year 2009”
Competition for the right of possessing an honorary title of the winner of the national award « the Enterprise of the Year », founded by the group of " RBC "companies, this year was held 11th time. KAMAZ was recognized the winner in the nomination of "Motor industry".
Since 2002 the award « the Company of year » is handed over under patronage of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation, and the winners of the award are appropriated the status of the priority enterprise for realization of investment projects. As a matter of fact, this large-scale action sums up the leaving business-year and creates a new positive image of the most successful enterprises of the Russian business, advancing new standards of business ethics in the country.
The Filtering Element of The New Generation
On order of NTZ OAO “KAMAZ” the specialists of AO “Avtoagregat”, Livni town, was developed a filtering element for oil clearing EFM 703-1017040-30, agreeable to the standards Euro 3 and Euro 4.
The current filtering element came instead of its predecessor – the slot-hole filter 703-1017040 (7405-1017040), and also numerous family «coil-processing» filtering elements from the synthetic suture, made by various enterprises in Russia and Belarus. In the manufacture of the new filtering element the modern, hi-tech filtering paper of company Ahlstrom (Italy) is applied. Owing to diligence of the Italian partners who created the newest synthetic three-layer filtering material, EFÌ 703-1017040-30 by its characteristics (subtlety of siftings, contaminant capacity, resource) surpasses its competitors by more than 40 %. The skeleton of the filtering element strengthened, is made of the zinced steel. The glutinous basis of the product is made with components of the «Henkel " Company(Germany).
On the basis of tests in NTZ OAO " ÊÀÌÀZ" filtering element EFÌ 703-1017040-30 received a positive conclusion and is recommended to deliveries as in structure of FÎÌ 7406-1012010 for the main conveyor of Open Society "KAMAZ-DIESEL ENGINE ", and  also to the service centers of KAMAZ.
Autocrane on DAF chassis
The official representative of Manitax in Russia – company “Dostavka-Service” has completed certification of an entire range of auto cranes with carrying capacity of 27,2-45,4 on chassis DAF CF85.
The truck cranes Manitex with carrying capacity 27,2; 36,3 and 45,5 ò on chassis DAF CF 85 are dimensional vehicles (full weight of a 4-axle crane is less than 30), that allows to move on roads of general use without restrictions. Chassis DAF CF 85 is intended for construction, it differs by durability, efficiency and reliability, it is designed for performance of heavy work. On automobiles DAF CF 85 are installed powerful turbine 6-cylinder engines Paccar MX in volume 12,9 l, equipped with a system of intermediate cooling and an electronic control system of injection and developing capacity from 360 up to 510 h.p., an ecological class of Euro-3,-4 and-5. The machines are equipped with mechanical blocking of interaxal and interbridge differentials. They are characterized by a greater ankle of front over hang and high clearance, they have a steel protection of the radiator. 4-axle machines have established mechanical devices of load compensation on front axles, which provide an even distribution of load on two front axles. The break systems are equipped ABS, ASR (optional) with systems of emergency brake and EBS (electronic brake system).
Scania – “The Truck of the Year”
The updated model Scania of R-series got the name of “The Truck of the Year 2009” – the most honorable title in the automobile industry in Europe.
Council of jury noted in the new model, first of all the advanced design, the improved parameters of fuel economy and the unique system of driver's support which allows to make the driving more effective. Chairman of jury Jean Enrico Griffini commented: « During such complex time for all automobile business, especially for manufacturers of the commercial transport in Europe, Scania has presented a lorry which completely responds to the modern technological level, establishing new standards in such categories, as fuel profitability, rideable characteristics and efficiency ».
To Taxation – Are Subjected!
By the regulation of Government of Russian Federation, 28 november 2009 nr. 960 “About alteration in the list of the process equipment (including accessories and spare parts to it) which analogues are not made in Russian Federation, which import on customs territory of Russian Federation are not subjected to taxation on the added cost » are made changes in the list of the process equipment approved by the Governmental order of Russian Federation on April, 30th, 2009 nr 372.
The very governmental order of Russian Federation cancels privileges for imported foreign technics (accessories and spare parts to it), including for bulldozers and pipe-layers. The Following codes are excluded from the list of technics TH VED:
– Code ÒÍ VED 8426 49 001 0 – pipe-layers with carrying capacity of 90 t and above, intended for working in temperature of minus 50 degrees and below;
– Code ÒÍ VED 8429 11 002 0 – bulldozers with non-rotary and rotary blade crawlers with the capacity if 400 h.p. and more, intended for working in temperature of minus 50 degrees and below.
« The profile committee of the Union of machine engineers of Russia succeeded, owing to the active work, to bring the powerful contribution to business on protection of domestic manufacturers' interests of the road-building technics which manufactured production, not conceding to the best foreign analogues. This was in time accepted by the Government of Russian Federation and this decision will allow the Russian enterprises to strengthen in present uneasy conditions its positions of their competitive production in home market », – the vice-president of the Union of machine engineers of Russia Vladimir Gutenev commented.
For Russian bad-condition roads
OAO “Kurganmashzavod” has developed a crawling prime mover Sever-2, intended for executing transport-tractive works in conditions of bad-condition and/or lack of roads.
The Prime mover Sever-2 with engine YAMZ-238D with capacity 330 h.p. allows effectively carrying out complexes of loading-unloading and digging works, as well moving up to 6 t of cargo. The tractor is developed on basis of a special chassis, providing a high resource of operation. The multipurpose equipment of the tractor enables to perform digging works on grounds of the first and second categories, clearing snow, loading and unloading of various cargoes by means of the manipulator with clamp hook. Its traction opportunities Sever-2 realizes by means of special eyes for thimble and turnbuckle, established on the body of the machine. Controllability of Sever-2 is provided with hydromechanical 5-step transmission with planetary mechanisms of turn, and also an independent suspension bracket and tape brakes. Safety is reached by automatic inclusion of lay brakes at pressure drop in a hydrocontrol system. There's a convenience difference in the board of switching of transfers on the steering column and joystick for management of the manipulator without leaving the cabin. Thus both the bulldozer and the manipulator are equipped by well proved control systems of firm Danfoss.
At present the crawling tractor «Sever-2 " is at the stage of operational tests.
