Largest in Europe
In Old Kupavna located in Moscow region there was conducted the opening of Europe's largest plant for the production of aerated blocks of autoclaved concretion on the basis of product lines of HESS AAC Systems BV.
The first line with Russian equipment with the power of 200 thousand m3 per year was launched in 2008. Investments amounted to about 15 million euros. In 2011, there was launching of the second line with the power of 450 thousand m3 per year. The line equipment was installed by German-Dutch machine-building giant, HESS company. The amount of investments was 35 million euros. Production of a new technological line of HESS AAC will be delivered to the Russian market under the brand Bonolit with NESS AAC guarantee on all products.
High geometry, large dimensions, simplicity of block processing shorten construction time to 4 times. Bonolit blocks are suitable for the erection of supporting walls and internal partitions of any configuration. They designed for high-rise and low-rise residential buildings and industrial buildings.
