Macadam-preparation system
Å-ÌÀÊ, a Turkish company, and its Russian partner Askontech.RU LLC unveil a Simge Challenger patented closed system crushing and sieving plant to produce “narrow” fraction macadam. It is designed to screen, store and feed asphalt plants with not oxidized, clean and dry macadam of a guaranteed cubiform grain-size composition. It integrates a feeding unit, conveyors, an impact crusher, an elevator, a screen, a crushed stone storing hopper, shipping devices, a system of dust withdrawal to the filter and a device to feed macadam to the drum drier. The system can be integrated to all asphalt plants and ship macadam to other customers’ trucks. The Simge Challenger provides:
– environmentally friendly low fuel burning and dust materials production and as a result low incidence of professional diseases in fine fraction macadam production.
