MAZ-203 HAS TRIED GAS
Presentation of the first in Minsk Automobile plant branch’s history bus equipped with the compressed natural gas engine took place in Serbia. The choice of the place for presentation was not casual. The local transport company «Vulovich-Transport» has been an authorized dealer of the open joint stock company «MAZ» (Minsk Automobile Plant) since 2003 and runs 30 Belarusian buses in its park. It also mounted powerful Cummins gas engines 285(Euro 4) on the low-floor MAZ-203.By preliminary estimate MAZ brunch office and Vulovich Transport will produce 30 – 50 buses equipped with gas engines in 2009 and up to 100 buses annually in 2010-2011. Everything depends on market situation.
