MZKT JOINS WITH SANJIANG
According to ADS Wheel Tractor Plant in Minsk (MZKT) and Chinese company «Sanjiang» signed the operating agreement of the creation of a joint venture «Volat-Sanjiang» for producing hydromechanical transmissions. The statutory fund of the joint venture will amount to $ 22,2 million. The founders’ shares will be equal: the Belarusian unitary enterprise and «Sanjiang» will invest 50 % of the statutory fund each. The production will be based on engineering and technological developments of MZKT. The joint venture is intended to be housed in one of the MZKT's facilities on the territory of «124th autoassembling unit». In future one more set up of hydromechanical transmissions' assembling unit is planned for operating Chinese joint venture «Sanjiang-Volat» that has already been established in 1997.
