«Sespel» plant in Cheboksary following the statement of work from «Rusbusinessauto» has developed and launched the mass production of a line of new semitrailer-cisterns for transporting and short-term keeping of dark-oil products (bitumen, petrol, masut, furnace oil, resinous oil). New Sespel «barrels» with a capacity from 20 to 38 m³ depending on a model, have a carcass and are designed for the work in pair with Russian of foreign artics with axle arrangement 6õ4 and 4õ2. It comes in package with «Wabco» bracket systems and BPW axles on a pneumatic spring suspension or a spring-centerpoint suspension. Furthermore, there is a low-end version provided which is mounted on KamAZ axles and spring-centerpoint suspension. The thickness of insulating layer differs 50 to 150 mm. According to Rusbusinessauto, the cost of a new line of semitrailer-cisterns is 50% lower compared to foreign analogs, and about 25% lower compared to Russian vehicles.
