The production of asphalt-mixing plants and components is Samara-based.  The enterprise owns a  production complex comprising usable area   over   5,000 m². It is fitted with modern programmable machines and equipment, such as for plasma-arc cutting,  sheet metal bending machines and versatile turning machines.  The plant possesses in-house  foundry and a  spectral laboratory, efficient welding and paint equipment.

Today it offers the RÒ-50 asphalt-mixing plants to road workers with 50 t/h productivity. It has imbibed advanced structural and  process solutions that provide producing asphalt meeting stringent conditions.  A drying plant is equipped with a German Weishaupt burner facilitating rapid and efficient material drying with low fuel consumption and noise level, complies with Russian and European sanitary standards. Both liquid fuel and gas can be used to operate it.     The  RÒ-50 has applied a shaker riddle of a proprietary design with woven  riddles and shaft removed from the hot zone. It eliminates incidence of thermal movement  and boosts total reliability of the unit.  The plant is packaged with a Dantherm Filtration bag filter system. Specialists can visually estimate high purification efficiency of discharge gases – by a minimal funnel height.
