Performance in Confined Areas
New Japanese Komatsu D37EX-22 and D39EX-22 mini crawler dozers as well as D37PX-22 and D39PX-22 wide-track dozers entered the Russian market in 2009.
The machines designed with the latest cutting-edge technologies have a number of constructive solutions. They feature a super-slant nose coupled with a new spacious cab located in the center and improved durability. that moves the operator closer to the blade while improving machine balance, ride and stability. High blade visibility provides more efficient machine handling and performance. the blade itself is controlled through a joystick also used for full movement control including speed change and U-turns permitting the operator to comfortably approach dozing objects accurately in corner grading and sidewall operations compared to its predecessors. The dozers are outfitted with new generation ecot3 engines. The increased caterpillar track ground contact area boosts planer jobs performance, layer development and earth handling. A reduced component complexity and a durable modular construction application are key points of boosted durability. Another feature of the dozers is their ease of maintenance. An electronic on-board control panel gives wide possibilities for diagnostics. Dozers are fitted with a gas-filled stop folding fan to give access to the radiator, oil cooler and aftercooler as well as their cores.
