Rapid analysis
In autumn of 2011 the John Deere company opened the two laboratories for rapid analysis of oil and other technical fluids in St. Petersburg and Bratsk. Laboratories in these cities are represented by the official dealers of John Deere - "John Deere Forestry" CJSC and "Timbermash Baikal" LLC.
Both laboratories specialized in analysis of all technical fluids except fuel, antifreeze and water. Samples of the liquid with volume of about 100-200 ml are selected from the engine, hydraulic system, transmission, bridges and transfer boxes. Such analysis will allow customers being always aware of the condition of their equipment, failure preventing in advance with the help of prophylaxis, thereby avoiding expensive repair.
In prospect, the John Deere Company plans to increase the number of laboratories in Russia significantly and at least provide the ability to analyze technical fluids in each federal district of the country.
