Sandvik expands geography
Taiginsky macadam plant (JVP-URAL LLC), the first plant of Sandvik Mining and Construction company has appeared the Ural region. It produces quality granite cubiform macadam. The enterprise is located in the village of Taiginka, Kyshtym district, the Chelybinsk region. Extraction jobs are conducted at Taiginsky graphitic quarry. They apply drilling and blasting operations and rock excavation. The grinding-sorting plant capacity is 250 t/h. Raw materials are treated to make macadam at Sandvik grinding-sorting complex that includes the CJ411 Jaw Crusher, the CH440 Cone Crusher and the CV128 Impact Crusher. Well drilling is carried out with the Sandvik DX 800 rig. A three-stage crushing technology involving a Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher and Impact Crusher enhances the production of 40-70 ìì, 20-40 mm, 5-20 mm fraction crushed-stone and 0-5 mm industrial sand. A flexible manufacturing scheme allows adapting production to market demand and release narrow fractions and crushed-stone for roadbed. First of all the Sandvik plant opening was targeted at reducing costs on mining and preparation jobs at Taiginsky graphitic quarry.
