“Truck Center” has opened a truck servicing and sales centre in Elabuga. Truck Center Elabuga is the second large good vehicle service station in the federal network which is being created. The first one was built a year and a half ago in Kazan, at the 806^th kilometer of M-7 highway. The new truck center is also located at M-7 highway, at the 1023^rd kilometer. According to Ilya Shulgin (Èëüÿ Øóëüãèí), General Director of “Truck Center”, investments into creation of the service station amounted to approximately 10 mln euro, while a payback period is 7 years even under the most unfavourable conditions. Total complex area is 2500 m², and the servicing zone includes 18 posts which can serve up to 50 trucks a day. It is planned to open the same center in Nizhniy Novgorod in December, and by 2010 the amount of company service centers shall be equal to 25.
