The document was affirmed by signatures of K.V. Avdeyev, Director General of OOO Triton-import, and Charles E. Naper, Manager of Spare Parts Export Sales Dept, Freightliner Company.

In accordance with the agreement, Triton-import will be entitled to sell spare parts of Freightliner and Detroit Diesel companies, as well as products of other firms whose spare parts are used on Freightliner conveyors. The signed document became the first official dealer agreement on supply of spare parts under Freightliner trademark in Russia.
