Sixty years ago, in March 1950, the conveyor of Wolfsburg plant output the first ten cars which were nick-named Bulli (a bull-calf). In next six years their manufacture was transferred to the new plant in Hannover. In total, taking into account production in Germany and South America, it was manufactured nearly three million Bullis.
