From October 2 to October 5, 2008, in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, at the territory of Spetsdorremstroy Enterprise, Samara trading house Rotor together with specialists from “Kredmash” OJSC held a seminar devoted to the presentation of the first ÊÄÌ 2013 plant in the Far East having capacity of 110 t/hour, with a micropocessor-based control system. The seminar was attended by more than thirty Far East road-building enterprises. During the presentation, the work of the plant and the process of road concrete mix preparation was demonstrated. A number of important problems were discussed. Among them there are: the characteristic features of ÊÄÌ 201 plants, technical solutions, design peculiarities of the units’ and components’ integration, technical innovations planned for introduction into basic models in the nearest future (placement of the bin for ready mix under the mixer, introduction of a drier drum friction drive, a separator provided with mesh grids with a shaft removed from the hot zone, etc.), advantages of use of micropocessor-based control system for asphalt-mixing plant.
