Ukrainian company «Bogdan» presented the new model of trolleybus Bogdan T601. The design is based on the chassis of a low floor 10.6 metres long city bus Bogdan A-501, job-lot production of which was started last year at Lutskii plant of the corporation. The full seating capasity of Bogdan T601 amounts to 100 men. 23 sittings. The steering system of drive motor ED-139A made in Kharkov with a capacity of 140 kW based on IGBT-transistors was supplied by Czech company «Cegelec». Now Bogdan T601 is the only average-size trolleybus in CIS.
