The new series of seals
Atlas Copco Construction Tools represents six new mounted hydraulic seals designed for mounting on the machines-carriers of weight class of 1-40 tons on the market. One of the differences of the series is case suspension shifted to 15 °. Force distribution on the vibroplate improves, and the load on components and their wear reduces due to this solution.
Seal serially equipped with permanent lubrication system PermanentLube, requires no maintenance virtually. Built-in flow and pressure control system protects equipment from overloads, particularly, in the case when it is used on different machines-carriers.
Atlas Copco seal mounting is extremely simplified. Any special installation procedure is absent as seals are equipped with standard adapter plates and quick-change system.
Non-pressure return line to the tank is not required for the hydraulic system, thus saving time and funds.
Another practical solution is dumps offered as the option. They align the work surface and protect the equipment against the material penetration.
This mounted equipment is intended for the sealing of soil, trenches and slopes, as well as for clogging and removing of the formwork, sheet walls and piles.
