The function of the semi-trailer – dump-truck of 95235 model with a bottom transporting band extending all over the length of 47 m3 cargo body is transportation of agricultural vegetable products, potato first of all. While presenting the machinery, Mr. Yury Vainshteyn, technical director, didn’t conceal that it was the American analogue that was chosen as a prototype. Unlike European models, Tonar-95235 includes a chain transmission (more repairable in comparison with a transporter of continuous dragging), separate quick-replaceable elements of the band; a lock of an opening board impresses with both simple and reliable technical solution. The price of Tonar-95235 is 1.5 million RUR (by the end of March).

Tonar-9826 semi-trailer will attract those who are engaged in transporting pigs: one can place them in its cargo body on three floors which will afford to transport a herd of 200-210 pigs at a time. The van is made fully of aluminum, with the ventilation system, floors are equipped with a hoisting mechanism, and installed on the rear is a board which can be lowered and serve as a gangway. This semi-trailer will cost 4.5 million RUR. As the plant has never produced such multi-storey trucks before, it was decided to invite Stehmann Company from Germany as a partner. They will supply assembled sets of cargo bodies and hoisting mechanisms to Tonar, while the Russian party will provide chassis of their own.

People from Tonar are confident about the success of their multi-tier cattle-trucks: specially for their production the plant is planning to give a separate shop of 3000 m2 space, and localization of production will achieve in future 80%.

Tonar-9540 semi-trailer is made in a joined design: the tractor pulls in fact two semi-trailers simultaneously with lateral discharge, their overall capacity is 50 m3 (or 54 m3 if the material is heaped over). This “joint” is interested by the fact that it will afford both agricultural and construction freights (grain, or sand, or gravel). That means that, unlike other semi-trailer for transporting grain it may be used all over the year but not only during seasonal agricultural works. Tonar-9540 with the price of 2.4 million RUR is equipped with four bodies dumping laterally, with locked hatches in opening boards.
