Upgraded Tandem Carriage
GAZ group factory “Bryanskii Arsenal” («Áðÿíñêèé Àðñåíàë») has finished upgrading of the motor grader tandem carriage GS-14.02, GS-14.03, GS-18.05.
Application of the tandem carriage on the basis of the differential bridge with positive locking MTG-3080 manufactured by ZF company reduces dynamic loads while operating in the broken country and increases treadwear. Differential locking also allows using motor grader engine unit power more effectively. According to test results, upgraded tandem carriages have proven to be a secure element of the motor grader construction, which is a next step in upgrading the construction and improving security of Bryanskii Arsenal motor graders.
