VEB GAVE MONEY FOR YaMZ-530

It seems that YaMZ-530 in-line diesel engine manufacturing project in Yaroslavl enters final straight. Once stalled because of shortage of funds construction of plant for manufacturing of these engines will be continued after JSC Avtodizel signed loan agreement with Vnesheconombank. According to approved schedule production of pilot batch of engines is to start in 2010. Commercial production of new engines is scheduled in 1Q 2010.
