Volkswagen has introduced an AWD (all-wheel drive) version of a popular light truck Caddy 4MOTION into Russia. A 4G Haldex electronic control multiplate is responsible for its axle torque. Besides, the car has got a new cardan shaft, exhaust system, fuel tank and back spar webbing. The basic configuration includes ESP+ electronic stabilization system. The vehicle is powered by a 4-cylinder 105 horsepower turbo diesel engine. It functions together with a 6-stepped manual gearbox. The Caddy 4MOTION payload has remained the same as that of its front-drive counterpart despite its four-wheel drive. It is priced at 832,000 rubles in its basic configuration.
